TERMS OF SERVICE

Service & Refund Terms

Updated July 25, 2026

1. Service provider

The service provider is Yiwu Haokua E-commerce Co., Ltd., operating under the Haokua Global brand. Contact: business@haokuaglobal.com.

2. Scope

The order scope is defined by the selected package, marketplace, target country or region, language, ASIN count, and any written additions accepted by both parties. Images, video, A+ design, advertising, account access, extra marketplaces or languages, regulated categories, and large-scale source-data cleanup are not included unless confirmed in writing.

3. Delivery prerequisites

Delivery timing starts on the next business day after complete, accurate, legally usable product materials and scope confirmation are received. Time spent waiting for customer materials or approving scope changes is excluded.

4. Customer responsibility

The customer confirms that all trademarks, images, claims, certifications, specifications, and other supplied materials are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use. The customer owns the final publishing and marketplace-compliance decision.

5. Revision and acceptance

Each launch package includes the revision allowance shown at checkout. New facts, ASINs, marketplaces, languages, formats, or creative direction are outside the original scope and may require a new quote.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A full refund may be requested before production begins. After production begins, a refund may deduct completed and reasonably documented work. Completed or delivered portions are non-refundable. PayPal processing time applies to approved refunds.

7. Results boundary

Haokua does not guarantee sales, ranking, advertising performance, or marketplace approval. Our commitment is limited to the agreed delivery scope, timing, field completeness, and revision process.

8. Data and confidentiality

We process only the business information needed to complete the order and do not request consumer personal data. Client names, stores, screenshots, or sales results are not published without written permission.

9. Disputes

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through the business email. Where mandatory law does not provide otherwise, unresolved disputes are submitted to the competent court where the service provider is located.
